At Florezco Bodywork, each appointment is specifically reserved for you. As a solo practitioner, any late cancellations or missed sessions significantly affect my schedule and the availability for other clients. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is given with less than 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full session fee will be charged. Late arrivals will result in the session ending as scheduled, with full payment required. If you are unwell or exhibiting symptoms, please reach out promptly, and I will consider your situation with understanding. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
